Starting of Dependable Maintenance 

In 1984 Michael and Emy decided to acquire their own cleaning contracts to support the cost of University. On the way home from school a vacuum was acquired from the garbage on the side of the road, fixed and that was the start of the company. Through door knocking, lots of phone calls and providing the best service in the industry, Dependable Maintenance's reputation grew to be known as the number one cleaning service in the area.
